Our next Saturday at Sacred Heart is scheduled for May 19th, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. These opportunities for community service have been very popular with the parishioners of Holy Spirit. We will be working in the Pantry, which could mean packing food bags, sorting vegetables and/or fruit, counting diapers, or any other tasks Sacred Heart needs finished before opening to customers on Monday.

We have been given 30 slots based on the reputation Holy Spirit has for “showing up” and working hard. School-age children are welcome to participate with at least one of their parents. Teens, with or without parents, are also welcome. The three hours qualifies for school service hours, of course.
