Sign-up for Nicaragua 2012

This year we can only accept 40 men and 40 women, so sign up early!

To register for our Nicaragua Mission Trip:

1. Fill out the registration form below.

2. Pay a $50 deposit to Holy Spirit for group airfare by February 29th (your deposit reserves your space!). The balance will be due on June 4th.

3. Register online with Amigos for Christ at http://www.regonline.com/SanJose2012.

4. Pay a $250 deposit to Amigos for Christ.

Everyone is encouraged to travel with us on our Continental Airlines group fare. Those signing up for this flight should pay a $50 deposit to Holy Spirit Parish by February 29th. Please write "Nicaragua Deposit" on the memo line of your check.
